I can't find a datasheet for M6MG3D641RB, but this pinout dumps 8MB.
It's standard except for A19-A21  I tried driving pins 10 and 13 high and low.
Pin 13 high or low didn't change anything; neither did pin 10 low.  Pin 10
high caused the current draw to fluctuate up to 3x the normal draw.

On one chip, I had to tie pins 9 and 14 low and pin 13 high to get a good dump.
Otherwise, I was seeing current fluctuations and got inconsistent readings.
