de-rotate
	drag horizontal guides down to top of die to align to
	Tools / Transform / Rotate

de-shear
	drag vertical guides right to left of die to align to
	Tools / Transform / Shear

crop
	select area to keep - Tools / Selection Tools / Rectangle Select
	crop - Image / Crop to selection

equalize contrast - Colors / Levels
	drag black triangle right to start of histogram,
	drag white triangle left to end of histogram,
	click OK
	
rotate to match other pics (CW or CCW 90 degrees)
	Image / Transform / Rotate 90
	
export as jpg (compression 80)
