55516 CVSD

I opened up a Harris 55516 CVSD IC and took photos of the die. I took 26 rows of 30 pictures and used Microsoft ICE to composite them. It was much less work than manually compositing the pics, and it did a pretty good job. I need to clean the die better, and improve the focus.

The pins are numbered counter-clockwise, with pin 1 in the upper right.

6+ years later, I took new pics with my better 'scope, and stitched them with Fiji.
